This company has owed me money since 2012. I worked at the office located in Clearwater FL on Fort Harrison. I sought help at John Bales Attorney office in Pinellas county which was a huge mistake because they aren't putting forth the effort to resolve my case.

Scott and Erica has been scamming people for years. The judicial system, the Labor Board, not even John Bales will do anything about it. GMR global just finds another location to open a call center and scam more customers and employees out of money.

For the information of many people out there wondering if all of this negativie and positive is true or false, well the negative is true. 

 Looks can be deceiving. This man right here was convicted felon, hmm or maybe I should say still is, being that he still is scaming employes out of their money. And for the info of many people convicted felons cannot have telemarketing licenses in this state, also to call other states you need to have a valid liscense for that state. On the first 5 seconds of the call you need to clearly say your full name, name of the company, and physical address of the establishment or office etc. This man right here told everyone we needed to say we where calling from out of state.

 I have had the same experience of not getting paid what I was owed by this company. This person even kept almost half of my paycheck. At the time of hired they said even if I left earlier without notice that I would get paid $9 an hr. Which he did not.

 He hires people that have had criminal records to then degrade them. He tries to intimidate them and make the feel less worthy. He tries to scare people from filling complaints or reports at the DOL, and of course they get scared because they have had criminal records before. He thinks he has everything planned out. Well let me tell you, that you are wrong, there is no such thing as a perfect crime. 

 People dont be scared to speak up. He made up some funny stories. Go and research all the complaints people have made on this guy. He says the same thing to everyone, about drugs, alcohol, etc, its very obvious that he is intimidating you guys because he knows about convicted felons cannot have that liscence. Oh and  even starting to work without a liscence is ILLEGAL. How many started to work with no liscence? A whole bunch right, he never let us know that. I found out when I actually got the liscence and when I called the department of agriculture. 

Also not paying you on time is ILLEGAL, or checks bouncing is also ILLEGAL, so please please please educate yourselves and speak up, dont be scared of what this fool has to say, cause at the end he is worst than you. 

In fact he feels good about himself because he makes everyone feel bad. And you know what, I am proud of everyone that have speaked up, because this has been going on for too long.  

 And you guys dont need to feel ashamed for what has gone in your past cause you are trying to get back up, the only mistake was working for that guy Scott Hedger.

I also worked for these liars, cheats, and scam artists!!!  I worked for 2 months, quit once and was asked to come back to "run" a new call center, doing home security.  A week of the same, and after recieving 1 paycheck that was equivalent to 1 week pay, and less than LEGAL STATE MIN WAGE!!!  I took pics of it, as well as took pics and more in the Tampa location while being there!!  I am a single parent and counted on getting paid like any NORMAL person!!!  They still owe me the first 2 weeks that they "hold Back" along with an entire other full week of coming back!!!!  They owe me over 100 hours of work!!! I kept track, as well as had written hours on paper there, that they took!!!  They didnt even have time clocks, until a few calls to DOL..  I have now been BATTLING both scott and erica(BOTH W/ LAST NAMES) for 2 weeks after leaving to get paid!!! Needless to say, unsuccessful!!!  I have 2 weeks of text messages both from scott and erica trying to degrade me???  and literally know nothing about me or my family. They have even told me to come and pick my pay up, and then not be there!!! Threats of having me trespassed(Which is not true or legal) if I come to any of the locations!!!  Threats and lies!!!! As any normal person that works for an employer and makes them money, and does veryyyy well for them, ASSUMES to get paid like anybody else would!!!!  I have all their text messages saved, even telling me that i will get paid etc.  Although its been over 2 weeks of BATTLING to get 3 weeks of pay owed!!!  I was promised a tablet that i won, and NEVER saw that, as well as lunch that i won, and also never saw that!!!  They continue to contradict each other in every text message, says one thing and then later says completly different!!!!  Im highly educated, along with YEARS of experience, and let it be known that im not one their ignorant, new to this, people!!!  I HAD a charge pending here, and was dismissed last week, Which yes i have an Attorney. I also beat Cancer 2 years ago, and was attempted to be talked down to about that, as well as being a single parent, and supposedly not taking care of my responsibilities as a parent??? LMAO!!! If you only knew!!!! Im a great parent with great kids, that highly excel, UNLIKE these 2 people, that thrive and live off ripping off as many people as possible, after having them make them money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  They do not do payroll properly, no deductions etc, and supposedly take taxes out which are equivalent to half your paycheck.  Yet the IRS doesnt have any tax id # for them nor the company(s) they continue to change the names of!!! It comes to the bottom line, of their attempted degrading, threats, lies, stories, and false acquisitions.. THEY ARE THE PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT AND HAVE NOT BEEN RESPONSIBLE AS PEOPLE, EMPLOYERS, AND JUST HUMAN BEINGS, in paying their employees what they are promised, earned, and deserve!!!!  I also have many names willing to testify in court, at ANY time, and take a stand against these people and get our money, and get the CORRECT money in that said!!!!!  PEOPLE WORK HARD, AND DEPEND ON THEIR PAYCHECKS, AND IS NOBODYS FAULT BUT SCOTT AND ERICA'S THAT MYSELF AND ANYONE ELSE THAT DOESNT GET PAID!!!!!  PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!     THE ATTORNEY GENERAL,  DOL, AND DOA WILL BE CALLED AGAING IN THE MORNING.. I would like to chime in on this posting as well since I too, did NOT get paid. Wow what a surpirse! Yeah, too bad they didnt pay 4 other people that were working at the Tampa location when I was there. Scott also went and made a report on this site claiming to be me and saying that I was a crackhead and that I sleep with my current employer to keep my job etc. Scott, you need to move to another state again because you are just making your reputation worse and worse by the minute. To other people who got ripped off by him, look at his reocrd for Rhode Island, New York....just google him and youll see how many complaints and charges he has for fraud, drugs etc. Its pathetic. And quite frankly I do not understand why he isnt in jail. Scotts been rippping people off for the past 6 years...dont worry though, its going to catch up with him

I was ex employee of this company.  Before writing what I wrote about the company I had not been paid.  I was angry and upset.

I did receive my check.  I don't want anymore trouble from this company.

I am a former convicted felon of many years ago and yes I have paid my dues.  So whoever sees this understand I am no longer that person.  I realize I upset the owners of the company by putting things out there like I did.  I am giving a former I am sorry.

I will not be starting any trouble we all have things in our past that should just stay there.

I am another victim of the Energy Company.  I went to work for Scott and Erica and started in Springhill.  When I was hired for the position my shift was suppose to be from 9-5pm and 30 minute lunch $10.00 hour and commission on my performance.  The second day there with that company CCS I never got a lunch or break and was made to stay until 8pm.  He said we had to stay until the goal was hit.  First time I did stay each day it would get longer and longer.

The third day I was there I was told I was going to take the place of Manolta which is not her real name she was not doing her job correctly and they wanted me to run the center.  I worked there for about two weeks and by the way they tell you they are holding back two weeks of pay and if you leave you will only be paid min. wage.  The second week after working there I became very upset so I left the Spring Hill office and called Scott and told him I was not coming back due to the hours

he said I need you and I will let you work any hours you wanted he said 9-5 but I need you to go to the Tampa office meet me there on Monday I have a new thing going I want you to run then in two weeks I am opening up a new center doing the alarm systems selling to single women high credit scores and you will be running that site.  So I did agree-went to Tampa and low and behold same thing people are treated less than talked to by Erica worse than a dog.  

I am now owed 4 weeks pay from Scott and Erica to be told I am not going to get it.  To text me and threaten me and talk down to me .  Told me come to her she will beat my a*s.  I am a 56 year old woman being treated like a low life.  Even as much to tell me Child Support enforcement is after me and I am a low life and can't have my children.  First of all my children our grown and have their own families. I have all the text she has sent me.  And, as far as Scott Hedger sexual abuse he is real good at that.

I want us all to stick together and get them both.  The money means nothing it is the principal to me.  Scott and Erica you will be stopped I will make sure of it you have finally met your match messing with me and my family.  I have all the text sent we will shut you down so others don't go through this.
