Scott Tassone California Department of Real Estate license number 01245267 and California Department of Motor Vehicles license number N9850695 who has ripped me off and many others finally had his RE license revoked : http://www2.dre.ca.gov/publicasp/pplinfo.asp?license_id=01245267
Now I hear the attorney general is pursuing him for practicing real estate without a license. Hope they get him.

In the meantime he has taken his conman ways into the moving company business. He is advertising on Craigs list as 3 Guys and a Moving Truck and also as 3 Guys Moving & Storage. The CPUC which regulates moving companies at 800-366-4782 says he is not licensed or insured and has been warned to cease and desist all business operations.

Thanks so much for this info. I found it all online at the Orange County Superior Court's web site as well. And 60 Days in jail with 3 Years Probation wasn't enough for this jerk.
