I attended a 'free seminar' that promoted real estate investments.  This turned into over $10,000 of money that I did not have.  This company hard-sells you, almost coercing you, into "investing in your future."  I tried to back out only to be reapproached and made to feel 'stupid' and 'irresponsible' for not wanting to sign secondary to lack of funds.

I did then sign up with verbal agreements that there would be "all kinds of support" and that I would be able to close a deal within 3 months.  If not, the company would help me personally - with a 'mentor.'  I did get a mentor however, there was absolutely no support provided that was verbally agreed to.

In the meantime, I put up all my savings plus maxed out 3 of my credit cards.  This company basically took advantage of my financial situation and failed to follow through on what they promised.  My son and I put in hours of work trying to make these 'deals' work without support, without help and without success.  My son put in 6 months, I put in 4.

I used the services of my real estate friends, attended other groups to help support my efforts, took out free ads on the recommended websites, and ended up $10,000 poorer, without help, and lost my credit due to inabilty to pay.  Furthermore, I was out all my savings.  Not much mind you - but all I had.  The company representative had absolutely no problem into hard selling me out of my money.

I had contacted the company many times but to no avail.  They had my money and had no problems in sending me on wild goose chases.  This has caused me great financial harm and credit damage.  I was not sure if there was anythign I could do until I found this site.  I am not sure what can be done - but it was approximately a year and a half ago.  I am now trying to reestablish credit (no easy task) and still paying on the credit cards.  It will take me 5 years to get out of an extremely harmful and stressful situation.

I am in hopes that you can help me.  If nothing else, have me refunded a great portion of my monies and/or stop this company from harming anyone else.  Again - I have run up against nothign but road blocks and no support.  Thank you for your time and attention.  Do not trust or invest your savings into this fraudulent company.  They are thieves!
