I intended to pay my bill online although when i logged in it told me i had no active properties. I tried creating a new account with my account number although it told me i already had an account with that email address. I contacted them about it and they said they said that i did not have an account at that email address so they couldn't correct it (with was false, i could clearly log in with that email address as i stated above). I let them know that there conclusion was incorrect but never got another response. I kept getting calls from an automated payment system, and i tried to submit a payment through that although it told me that my account could not accept payment (before it even let me enter payment info). I then let them know about this issue and got no response or instruction on how to pay. There automated system continued to call me for payment daily. I eventually tried to submit payment again and it told me my postal code was not recognized (and i verified that it was correct) . . again this was before even giving me an option to supply payment information, so it definitely wasn't a credit card processing issue. I then asked them to stop calling me since they can't give me a way to pay them. Again, no response. Although i just got a letter from a collection agency about the bill. Sending this issue to a collection agency seems to me to be incredibly shady since I made multiple efforts to try to pay them as well as efforts to communicate the issues to them with no response, instruction, or solution. Also, they charged me full price when they only provided partial service due to the weather (they did not put down the pesticides due to high temperature). I should not have to pay full price for incomplete service. I went to place reviews online and saw that they apparently do this sort of thing alot. Somebody needs to stop them from doing this to people. Sending me to a collection agency is an incredibly inappropriate way to handle this issue when i was actively going out of my way to try to resolve the issue. I believe they are doing this out of spite because i complained about their failure to correct the issue in the first place, followed by the unending automated phone calls.
