In less than two years, I made over 800 trades with one of their broker reps.  The day after they terminated the rep, I placed two trades, each for 1000 shares.  This was with the newly assigned broker rep.  One trade they charged $8.95, the second they charged $1094.34.  They claimed the higher fee was because I called in the trade as opposed to placing it on line. 

Previosly I had called in many trades and was always charged the normal fee.  The new rep never told me about any exorbitant fee or certainly I would not have placed the trade.  When I discovered the amount charged, I assumed it was just a simple typo type mistake.  After making several calls to resolve the issue, I was told that the higher fee was correct and that was what they were going to charge me.
