Total rip off using lies and deceipt to earn your trust with the goal of stealing your money. Company provided written documentation of process which included timelines. When questioned the story was always the same...waiting for investors to close.
Scott Oneil pretends to be the victim and blames Kenneth Enrico from New York. Linda Kirkland, his secretary, sounds as helpful and sweet as can be, but she knows her pay check is from the money they stole from you!! This is a SCAM that worked on me and I am ashamed to admit I was duped. I did my due diligence of researching this company but found nothing negative. Ii turns out this was at the beginning before word got out that these people are stealing.
I believe there should be criminal charges brought against all involved as they will not respond to refund requests. This is THEFT OF SERVICE which is prosecutable. I hope other victims will join together to go after these cowards. They cannot be allowed to offer a service, not produce and just walk away with our money!!
The home buying process is extremely personal and emotional, and for these people to prey on us is inexcusable. We need to work together to keep this from happening to anyone else!

Hi. I am a realtor. I have a client who just used SCS Private Funding and it is a huge scam. Please Please Please call the Georgie FBI and file a report. It will not take but 2 minutes to file it. I have gathered numerous people to call in so we can stop this and hopefully recover some of your money. They are taking advantage of innocent people and causing people to literally be homeless. Please call Georgia FBI at 404 679 9000. Along with this company, Gaylin Ware with Total Corporation, and Enrico Corpration are involved. People are using different alias and Linda Kirkland, Scott O'Neil and Scott Milbourne all know this is a scam and they are going to jail. I am following this through to the end. I refuse to see these people hurt. This company and the alias's they use have an order to cease and desist in the state of Georgia.

Everything posted above is correct except the correct names are Art Geiss and John Perkins, not John Geiss. Art Geiss is part owner of SCS Private Funding. Scott O'Neil is his partner. John Perkins works for SCS Private Funding. All parties involved know it is a scam and yet they continue to perpetrate it and lie to their victims. They have never closed a single loan.
