I know what you mean we worked for them for 7 months almost went broke everyday was a policey change and new management one of vender mangement is rude and insulting It took us to quit to get paid they owed us 30000 we were broke and all we ever heard was can you do me a favor and go out of your area well pay you an out of area charge all I can say is make sure its in a email or your screwed I m glad we caught on quick we started out as 45 day pay out and at 45 days it went to 60 days they paid us on our 1st check 172.00 that didnt even cover gas for the week when we had some that were 165 days in aging you know what vendor mangement told us (fernando) we need to know how to manage our money rude and insulting so we quit we had our money in 14 days almost all of it but they try and nickle and dime you so you do it right back to them emails are a wonderful thing never erase pictures till you get paid for that job at least and couple of months after it could come back and bit you in the butt we found an awesome company that pays once a week they take care of us but like I said keep your emails it proof and always ask for an email per our conversation cause sometimes they say who approved it send me proof so I do thats the way to go. I do not recommend scvms unless your a big company that has the money to throw away and can get by not getting paid for 5to 6 months pictures are everything you cant take enough you dont have to send them all but youll have them if they ask one this is for sure before during and after is best no matter what you do then they cant say you didnt do it

The statements are true . your company had us learn the hard way but we got the hang of it everytime something happends or is said between the two companys make sure its in an email you would think after a year and a 1/2 we would delete them I guess Im old school I dont delete or get rid of anything for aleast 8yrs anything can come and bit ya in the butt .
