Seal King Chad Schtx Defective Product Flakes off in less than a Month after application Somerset Wisconsin

I had Seal King sealcoat my driveway in Sept of 2013.  Before spring arrived about 50% of the seal coat flaked off my driveway.  I had piles of the seal coat material all over my driveway.  I tracked this black stuff into my garage and house.  It cost me $1000 to have my driveway sealcoated.  I feel it was a defective product.  I contacted the company in Sommerset Wi that did the job and they would not refund my money.  They would redo my driveway for $350.  I siad I would not agree to that and I would take them to small claims court.  Then they agreeed to do my driveway again for $250.  I agreeed and they did the job again in Sep 2014.  It is now Oct 2014 and the seal coating again is now pealing off my driveway again.  Before winter it will be the same mess I dealt with last year.  Tracking the black seal coat material in my garage and house.  This company is a rip off.  They have refused to come and look at it or call me back.  I want all of my money back.  I will do what ever it takes to stop this company and their defective product.
