Woe unto you new salespeople.  You are lambs being led to the slaughter.  I was promised 400 a week in the form of a draw.  10% commission on my sales and up to 100 a week in gas money.  Both draws I got were late.  They seemed to wait to see if I would quit because of not having my check ready.  Next, after selling over 60,000 dollars worth of windows in a little over a month, my commissions were slashed to less than 3%. I had not even made enough money to cover my 400 a week draw!!!! Bottom line is this.  They have a revolving door of salespeople that they exploit. The salesperson brings them new business.  They make a minor modification to your job and BAM, they immediately take half of your commission.  Or for some reason your job cancels, and they go out and SAVE the job and take all of the commssion.  Either way your screwed as the salesperson.  This company stands for nothing but lies and misrepresentations. It is truly sad to see how they are ruining people's lives on a daily basis.  But remember the old saying pigs get fat and hogs go to the market.
