After going back and forth with these theives the following is the response I received. This started in 2009 and progressed from there. The notes are as follows.
We made a really bad choice in buying their mattress. It was only two years after we owned the first one that the indents started. They gave us credit towards a new one and we found none in that price range (we had to spend more money), that was 2007 to 2009. Now the second one has the same problem and it is a pillow top. The tech ran a string over the mattress and measured it with a piece of plastic(NO WEIGHT), he refused to check the bed by sitting or lying on it to feel the indents that you can only sleep in one spot. By the way the plastic tool the tech used was positioned over the indent so it was not sitting in the indent, but over the indent (not a true measurement). In my opinion you cannot measure a pillow top with no weight and without positioning the tool in the indent. This is the first post and the last Sealy product we will buy. This company is the worst do not buy their products. This seems like a scam to avoid a warranty claim. One more complaint is that the tech that arrived at my house was rude and had an attitude. He picked up my mattress and grabbed the bed skirt and threw in the corner of the room. The he dropped the mattress back down on the box spring and left. To add to this nightmare both of these mattresses have a fifteen year warranty.

Vincent Puccia This was NOT feedback, it was a complaint about a company that lies about their warranty and screws their clients every day by selling CRAP! You people do not even have the common decency to respond to your clients problems.
Vincent Puccia Well it just goes to show you what kind of company Sealy is, they just apologize and do not try to rectify the problem. Just a bunch of lying crooked cheats that do not stand behind their products.
