 The repair guy came out to fix our washing machine and wouldn't even put water in it to see why it kept saying unlevel. He said it won't mess up my husband told him several times he neeeded to put water in it to see the error on the washing machine. He called me and said he couldn't fix it and wanted to know if I wanted warranty I told him no. He gave my husband a bill for 299.00 after he couldn't fix or even care about trying to fix our washer. It clearly states there is a 79 dollar diagnostic fee and unless they fix it you won't be charged anymore. My husband questioned the bill and he said he was charging 120 for warranty I had already declined, 100 for labor which he didn't do or fix anything and a 79 dollar diagnostic fee which we didn't even get a diagnosis. These people are major rip offs! I want my 79 dollars returned this is a complete waste of time.
