Sears, Sears.com ITS BEEN MORE THAN 20 DAYS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM, Internet

So far I like to shop with Sears in stores and online as well, but after a bitter experience this time i will never ever visit sears or order anything from them. Reason being I ordered a Linon Home Decor Mission Bunk Bed  online at sears.com and payment was made by paypal. I got the order receipt in my mail saying that I'll be recieving my item by 09/08/09 - 09/10/09 but its now 20 days and have not received the shippment.. When I called the customer service they said that it will ship directly from the manufacturers warehouse and it might even take one month to ship.... I don't understand that when it is going to take one month why don't u specify that on your website while we are ordering... I'm totally disappointed this time and I'll make sure to tell all my friends and family about this and be careful from sears.com while ordering
