Sears refuses to refund my money for an online in store pickup that they cancelled.  
Talking to customer service, I get the run around and am told that it will be refunded in 3-5 business days.  It has been 12 business days and I am still being told 3-5 business days.

now on the 13th business day i received an email saying please wait another 5 - 7 business days and that they are investigating the issue.  WATCH OUT FOR SEARS!!!

"Sears Sears.com Theyrefuse to refund my money for an order they cancelled alabama."

What reason did they give for this "refusal"?  You'll need to give their "refusal" reason to law enforcement when you report this "refusal".

Choice Home Warranty Furnace failed and needed replacement. Inspection was performed on 1/3/2024. The failed part was not available and it was determined on 1/5/2023 that a furnace replacement was needed. From Monday 1/8-1/15 I was told Choice was waiting for an estimate from Sears repairs. Late in the day on 1/15 I received an email with a bid for the items not covered by my policy. The estimate had errors and didn't even mention what the replacement furnace was.. Edison New Jersey
