I bought from them a month ago, where I purchased over $1,280 in merchandise. The first time, we got the half of the order wrong. Wrong as in wrong rings, wrong sizes, etc.

So we decided to go to her office and get our refund. Sue, the owner, told us she did not want to do that, and that she will make it up to me with a special discount. So since I was not going to get my money back from her at that time, I decided to do everything all over again.

But this time I would have everything shipped directly to Argentina and Chile, the places where I was going to sell these items. She told me that she had experience selling overseas and never had a problem with any customers, due to the fact she would put a certain amount of money outside the box to avoid customs. So I took her word and she shipped everything to the countries.

I found out days later that the merchandise was in customs, and I had to pay around $550 in Argentina, and $100 in Chile to release the goods.
I told her to reverse the merchandise so I can take it myself. I was also told that they could not do that because of UPS.

I called UPS myself and they told me that it would not be a problem returning the merchandise, but only Sue could do it. I called her several times, but she would not pick up the phone. I told her I was going to contact my bank to get my money back.

She replied back saying she was not going to give me a refund, no matter what. I have contacted my bank, and was working on getting back my money.
I have also found out that her popular products say "SWAROVSKI."

But the crystals are actually fake. They are NOT Swarovski, they are Cubic Zirconium. I know because I found out who she is buying them from. Also, she is not the manufacturer, but a distributor buying from a distributor.

Seb's Fashion Side of the Story (What Really Happened)

AUTHOR: Sebs Fashion - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, September 08, 2009

Please see 3 letters sent to Mr. Randy Dailey that details what really happened in this transaction. These letters have names of individual and company names for contacts that can confirm what really transpired; including UPS and customs in Argentina, Chile and the United States. Mr. Daily has made many false, unverifiable statements. His actions were inappropriate and unjustifiable. His problems were created solely by his own inability to perform professional. He did everything in our power to assist him in every way we could. We received all merchandise and services he purchased. The merchandise purchased was exactly as stated. He did not buy any of the authentic Swarovski Brand products that we carry; which are purchased from Swarovski.

Dear Randy, We have and will assist you in any way we can, as expressed in our letter of yesterday. You need to follow up on your shipments and make sure you provide the Customs people with the things they require to import your merchandise for you, as detailed in our letter. If you do not do so you may be subject to losing this merchandise. Again, time is of the essence. You have no reason to contact the bank, as they can not help you with importing your goods; you need to give Customs what they are asking you for. We have completed all our obligations to you in regard to this order prior to their being shipped per your instructions. If your bank contacts us, we will let them know exactly what has transpired. Again, we recommend that you provide Customs with what they need from you promptly; as what they are seeking from you is strictly routine requirements of the countries you have shipped to. The completed delivery of these packages can be obtained only by you providing the information to Customs that they are seeking from you. Sebs Fashions, Inc.

Thank you for your e-mails. We are very sorry to hear your shipments have not been delivered to date. We ship thousands of packages a year worldwide, with little or no problems. It is terrible that you had to be the one who had problems with Customs. As for Argentina the party you shipped this package to has not presented an importers license to Customs; therefore they can not release the package to them, until they do so. Time is of the essence. Customs will abandon the package at some point. The entity that has the import license is the only one who can send it back per UPS. You can contact Mr. Augustine Ferrari at: aferrari@ups.com or telephone number (011 5411) 433 92825 to provide the data required for package 1Z 3E3 034 67 5125 552 5, he is awaiting your instructions. We ship to Chile often, and as UPS has told you, it is seldom that they open a box. But it can happen to any package anytime, as we discussed. They will be contacting the person you sent this package to, to determine the value of the contents, which per the invoice before shipping and after discount is 219.30. If you need another copy of Invoice #22683 for Ms. Maria Isabel Perez let us know and we will fax same upon receipt of a fax number. Upon your providing this data they may apply customs fees to the package, the tracking number is 1Z 3E3 034 67 5031 781 7. We remain here to assist you in anyway we can.

Seb's fashion is a rip-off!. It's not that they sent you the incorrect merchandise by mistake, whenever they dont have a particular style, color or size of an item Sue(the owner) replaces with whatever she pleasesor has a huge overstock of, as long as she can charge your card and ship it out the same day so she can make her money, she never bothers to b/o an item or ask the customer what they would like to do but more what she wants to do. In her defense she does sell some authentic Swarovski prducts, but none in the jewelry they are cubic, also you are correct about her claims that she is the mafucaturer she is in fact a disbributor buying from several other distributors
