I the advertisement on TV for Secret Serums for  the trial but no one ever told me I have to pay $170 for that trial product. I told my bank about it and they credited back my account.   Then Secret Serums  talked to my bank and my bank reinstated the charge.  Now I'm out $170 and I never even used the product.  This is clearly a case of false representation on the part of Secret Serums. I am extremely disappointed and poorer for having worked with Secret Serums!

Hello Carol,

We’re sorry that you have had a negative experience with Secret Serums. We take our customer’s satisfaction very seriously, and are continually working on ways to improve our customer service.  

We don't advertise Secret Serums on TV, you must have mistaken us for some other skincare products. 

As you know, Secret Serums offers a 15 day trial, where you only pay for shipping and processing for a full 30-day supply. By placing an order with us you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions, which enrolls you in the Secret Serums VIP auto-ship program.  If you are not satisfied with your results or simply wish to cancel your order you may call 1 800 474-8947  within the 15 day trial period  ( we give each customer 18 days total allowing for shipping), and you will never be charged for anything going forward.

You haven't cancelled within 18 days and, therefore, you have been charged the full price. When you called to cancel any future shipments we have issued RA # for you to return the product in order for us to credit your account. However, you have never used it and just charged back in which case we are unable to help. 

We always encourage customers to call customer service within the perimeters of the trial period and share their product experience, and cancel if they so choose, no questions asked.
