 I purchased a camera from this individual because of their lifetime warranty and pricing. If you go to their website, you'll see that it's not the world's most craftiest site. In fact, it looks like something a grammar school student put together and tough to navigate. After owning the first camera for about two years, I notified the owner Bill Mullen . His response to me the first time seem to be a little cranky but honored the warranty as promised. About a year and a half later, the second camera went out. I notified Bill and told him about the issue. He responded to me by telling me that I am the only customer out of millions that has ever had a problem with one of his products. Naturally, I responded by asking him if he was insinuating anything and I found it hard to believe that he didn't have a problem with one single product until now. If anything, I complimented him on having products that are virtually flawless. His response, the following… From: Bill (SecuritySystems.Com) [mailto:bill@securitysystems.com] Sent: Sunday, October 04, 2015 1:17 PM To: 'Paul' Subject: RE: Your Car Camera Purchase Listen ! I was NOT insinuating anything….just making a factual statement! I consider your comments insulting! to your face I'd tell you to GFY. The FACT is: You are the ONLY customer that will have potentially two replacements. This unit has a failure rate of less than 1/20th of 1%. It is unlike all the other junk that is sold on-line. If you don't like that claim you can go pound sand. I'm sending you a check….. and do not want to hear from you again. You can send your insulting comments elsewhere Moments after he sent this email to me, he sent this one… changed my mind. You'd probably just buy another unit from me under another name. I am not honoring your warranty. Do whatever you want. Your insult was WAY over the Top As you can see, this is not a stable person. It clearly states on his website that he has lifetime warranties on his – cameras and various other products. Now because of something that he missed construed as an insult, this is how he responds? This man has issues and if he didn't take his medication one day, you can guarantee that you will fall victim to these ripoff products he sells.

I also made purchases from Security Systems .com through Amazon.com and when my product turned out to be not working I contacted the owner of the company who is also customer service it seems, he quickly insulted me in his emails calling my e-mails "BS" and similar insults.  We were communicating through official Amazon.com e-mails system between customer and vendor, yet he still felt he can use his filthy language which must be his everyday style. He hated the fact that I made a comment about the junk he was selling on Amazon.com where I posted my comment along with a video about defective product he was selling. After his first angry email I took down the comment with the video I posted on Amazon.com as I did not want to accelarate the argument, but the maniac continued with his filthy language and his 2nd email was even more insulting and aggressive than the first one as if you were talking to some street thug. Later on the same day security systems took down the item from Amazon.com site so that I could not post another comment again.

After looking at other peoples and customers expirience with SecuritySystems.Com I see there is a pattern of ill will on behave of the owner of the SecuritySystems.Com .

  SecuritySystems.Com sells overpriced goods advertising them as the best on the market and made in Taiwan not in China, charging for them top price. But these products are apperantly made in China. The products SecuritySystems.Com sells have setup system programs where you change the time and date through these programs and on one of these I noticed that the copy rights are from Beijing. Beijing is located in China Not in Taiwan.  There is false advertisement claims involved and when comes to replacement of the product the owner of SecuritySystems.Com insults the customer and does not want to replace the item as he should because of the life time warranty promise, it is only promise and nothing else as he does not honor the warranty and will not replace the unit.  This way SecuritySystems.Com makes enough money right at the beginning from people paying for life time warranty extra money, but SecuritySystems.Com as I expirienced myself will not replace these items and when you want to replace them after they break they will not want to sell you anything and you might end up with them saying your item was misused or came damaged etc.

In my case I received an item that was not working right from the beginning. I contacted SecuritySystems.Com, they answered my question partially. I also posted a product review on Amazon.com, whcih SecuritySystems.Com did not like as it was showing problems with voice recording and high pitched noice in the background as well as the problem with charging red light indicator, poor quality pictures and really blue light blinking during the entire recording and it's supposed to be covert. 

Unfortunatelly, I have nothing good to say about neither products nor the SecuritySystems.com owner who is very abusive towards his customers. There is no way to work out any deal with SecuritySystems.com and its owner who is a really unpleasant, very rude and aggressive towards its customers.  If someone didn't get it yet, go ahead and read other ripoff reports where the owner of the company uses its filthy language to one of the customers on rip off. See for yourself.
