securus tech this company charged me $15.75 for each 15 mimute call, very often the calls would be far less than 15 minutes, but still the same cost. How can this price gouging be legal? Internet

Securus Tech is charging outrageous prices for phone calls for the inmates at Jonesboro, GA jail. This should be illegal. $15.75 for each 15 minute call, most often call doesn't last 15 minutes. Why can't something be done with these companies?
