Hi my name is German Martinez on 1995 I purshace the house with my wife, it was our first house, our dream house we spent 15 years remodeling the house little but little, on 2007 my wife pass away and everythingh change financially we have 4 kids (one with Down S.) the previous loan company  sold my loan to Select porfolio services 0n 2005 my payment was after we refinance $1,600.00 really high, wich we paid with no problem for the first years, when my wife pass away it was hard for me keep making this payments, I call these peoples and they offer me to modified my loan my new payment was after the modification $712.24 after some months they always were asking for this document, for that, they put me in new period of 3 moths to be approve I submite everythingh on time they repit this process over and over every some moths , till one they they send a letter saying that my account was close and my property was for foreclose, I call them and the said that the bank  that owns my account did not have modifications available for me anymore if I want to keep my house I will have to paid staring next month $1,632,50 I could not make those payments and they sold my house that I spent part of my life remodeling  it was my only house and leave me and my 4 kids on the street with nothing, I dont think this is rigth if any body is reading these and want to help me you are welcome, fight for us , these people are taking our houses and nobody is doing nothing, please lets get togeter and fight them, I know they are more people with families like me that they took their house.
