File bk in 2009 on my condo, lost my car.  This company was in my bk file. come to find out 4 years later I am still listed on the title.  Called them and they stated they charged it off, but did not release my name off the title.  Now I am being charged for all the hoa fees and taxes, for the last five years.  Called my attorney and he states its a catch 22, sometimes they don't have to take it back if when they lifted the stay and I was told to move. Why is this company allowed to do this? If someone is thinking of a class suit please let me know.  Tried short sale, they won;t take anything.  Stated just going to let it set.  Don't understand how they get away with this.  Something needs to be done with this company.  They are ruining my life.
