select portfolio servicing sps told us we could not modify and when we begged the to foreclose so we oculd get money out of our 401k to catch us up the refused saying they were not foreclosing at this time. they promised us a three salt lake city, Utah

we were put into a three year variable rate and todl we could modify after three years then we were told we couldnt' modify. then after the rate when through the roof and we couldn't aford the paemnts we asked to modify again. they said no we toldthem we wre promised years ago to mdoify and it never happened we trugdged along as best we could had a few serious illness  and got behind begged again to modify whent he payemtns still couldnto be meat withotu ging with food , eelcrticy water essential to live.

they then lied and said we could never remodify becuse it was in our contract --that is a bold face lie our contract never statmed anything like that. we begged them to foreclose so we could then pull money out of outr 401 k to catch us up they said "we aren't mforeclosieng at this time. it ahs been eleven months and they still won't modify or foreclose. we cna't go anywhere else becuas ethey ahve ruined our credit way back when. they won't do anything for us i think they are waiting to do anyhting until after the presidental election.i am joing the class action against them.
