I hired Senior marketing to get me some final expense appointments in May 2012. I paid $500 for 20 appointments. They of course assured me that lots of agents were having great success with their appointments. I was eagerly looking forward to doing long term business with this company. They said they would get me 4 appointments per day. I was excited to see my first 4 appointments. I went to the appointments and all 4 of them told me that they didn't make the appointments and that they told the telemarketer not to send anyone to their home. I call Tiffany Alexander and told her of my experience. She sent me a email and told me to fill out an appointment feedback report which I did. The next day I got 4 more appointments and all with the same results. In fact, I got porched 18 of the 20 appointments. I never once even got the chance to show anyone what I had to offer or to quote them a price since all of them told me that they were not interested and were surprised that I was there: as one man told me, "How come these people don't understand when I told them that I am not interested." When I complained to Senior Marketing they just send me a Appointment feedback report and tell me to fill it out. I was told that Brad Mace would call me, which he never did. Instead he sent me a follow up to my complaint stating that the telemarketers follow all the proper steps and left it at that. These were without a doubt the worst appointments that I have ever received in my life as a insurance agent. Senior Marketing does not care about the quality of the appointment. They just take your money and sent you to anyone that answers the phone whether they are interested or not. And you have no recourse to do anything about it. You will just lose your money Do Not even waste your money with Senior Marketing, Trust me on that.
