I signed up for a "Free 30 Day Trial" of the product, and my original End Date of that Free Trial was October 2, 2013. 

I signed on to my account on October 1, 2013, and attempted to cancel my Free Trial, but when I hit the Cancel Button, rather than canceling my trial I was kicked back to a box that said my Free Trial had been extended for 2 weeks. It then gave the End-Date of my trial as October 16, 2013. 

 On October 15, 2013 I again signed on to my account and hit the "Cancel My Free Trial" button. I was then supposed to generate an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and return All product/empty containers I had. But when I would click on the button to generate the RMA #, the screen would always kick back to a screen saying I had 1 Day Remaining of my free trial. 

After several attempts at generating that RMA # and getting sent back to that same screen every time, I assumed the web-site was not functioning properly at the time. It was after their office hours, so I couldn't call them, but I thought I would be fine because I HAD hit the button choosing to cancel my free trial before the trial period was over, I just hadn't yet been able to generate the RMA #. I decided to try again the next day to generate that number on their Web-Site.

Since I had already hit the Cancel Button, PLUS I was getting a message saying I still had 1 day left of my free trial, I didn't see how there could possibly be any problem with generating the RMA # the next day. 

But when I signed on to my account on Oct. 16, 2013, the option to generate an RMA didn't even appear on my account page any longer! It was 10 minutes to 4 PM, the time their office closes, so I attempted to call their office. But I was bombarded by advertisements and offers for over 15 minutes on the phone, and by the time I actually was connected to what was supposed to be their office, I only got a message directing me to call back during business hours. Those advertisements and offers kept me from getting through, even though I had called them before their closing time!

So I emailed them, which was the only option available to me at that time. I did receive an automated response from the company acknowledging the receipt of my email, and stating a Customer Service Representative would contact me ASAP, usually within 1 business day. That was on Thurs, Oct. 16, 2013, so I expected to get a reply on Fri, the next day. As of today, which is Monday, Oct. 21, 2013, (after their close of business) I still have not received a reply to my email. 

And to top it off my card was charged for $89.95 on Thursday, Oct, 16, 2013, despite the fact that I had hit the button choosing to Cancel My Free Trial the day before!!
