Sensa Weight Loss System Free Trial is a complete scam- beware! Internet

I reluctantly signed up for the Sensa "free" trial with a $9.95 shipping charge.  I did not see any fine print and did not sign anything.  I had read that they have a history of billing your credit card anyway.  After I ordered it, I decided it was probably not something I would really use, so when it arrived I tried it but didn't like it, and put it away.  I then was traveling and didn't check my online bank balance much as I have numerous accounts.  I ordered the free trial on 7/3/12 and received it after a long wait.  I was then charged $97.80 to my debit card by Sensa on 8/7/12!  I was angry and tried calling and was put on a "permanent" hold.  There is no mailing address on the website other than a city.  I was then charged again for $97.60 by Sensa to the same card on 9/5/12!  I then received an order of the product in the mail, which I had not ordered.  I never signed up for any program or automatic shipments. I finally got through by phone and the representative denied any fraud or responsibility.  They gave me instructions to return the product.  I did, and they issued a refund (I had to pay shipping) of that $97.60 on 9/22/12.  I have tried calling repeatedly, and finally just got through on 10/17/12.  The representative said I had not returned the "free" trial within 30 days so that was why I was charged for the first order.  I said there must have been some fine print and she denied this.

I order merchandise regularly online and am an intelligent, cautious adult when ordering this way.  I never saw any disclaimer or notice that I would be charge if I did not return the product.  I don't know if Sensa works for weight loss or not.  I just know this company is engaging in fraudulent business practices by sending products not requested and charging for them, and also advertising free trials and then charging.  If their product works so well and people will pay for it, why try to rip people off!  Beware, do not order this product!
