We are a HVAC company who started doing work for sensible home warranty in August. When we agreed to contract for them they had agreed to pay us every 30 days. Every time we would call to collect payment we would either get hung up on or transferred to many different people who would tell us the same thing, that the check was in the mail or that they were awaiting paper work to be submitted, which had been submitted to them multiple times. They're authorization department would rarely answer the phone and we would be lucky to get someone in billing. Finally in December we received a sum in our account of only 500.00 when this company owes us 15,000.00. When we tried to reach them one of their representatives clearly stated "It's not my fault my company doesn't pay its bills sorry." Ridiculous beware of this company!!! We will be taking legal action if the issue is not resolved.
