Sensible Home Warranty JUST A BIG SCAM!! Unless you want to throw your money away, do not purches a Sensible Home Warranty. Sparks Nevada

I had an AC go down in the mid of the summer with 100 + degrees weather. After 3 week of continually calling them to send someone to fix my ac, they finally found a vendor who agreed to come out. He took my payment for the service fee, but did not fix the problem. The vendor refused to come back, stating that they were have difficulty getting sensible to pay them for other jobs and did not want to put the required motor in my unit to make it work because of the initial l cost of the part.

When I called Sensible back, they said they did not know when they could send someone back out! They said I should see if I could find a vendor.  Everyone I called refused because my warranty was with SHW.  When I called SHW back, they said for me to hire a vendor and they would reimburse me. Like a dummy, I believed them.  A month later it is finaaly working.

I sent Sensible a copy of the invoice for $581.00. I had to call several times to make sure they received it. The following week I got an email say: We have received your invoice, however in order for us to proceed with your reimbursement we are going to need maintenance records for the past three years which will include for 2011-2013.  When I called for an explanation, I was told if I could not produce the records for three years they would NOT PAY ME Back. I have never had to do this with other home warranty companies I have had in the past. Do you keep all your receipts!!! Even If I get them I have no faith that I will ever be rembused si

During this time I also discover from a garage door company, that they made the mistake twice of servicing for SHW.  It took almost 9 months to get paid. The second one they are still waiting for. All you get when you call is recordings which no one ever calls back.
