crystal and ronnie were very professional and courteious when they arrived. they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. they explained the warranty to me and my wife (3 mts on parts, 6 mts on labor). when it came to the bill they insisted that we give them as much cash as possible. it seemed a little odd but we did what ever we could. 2 mts later the oven stopped working again. the same exact problem. icalled and got an answer they said they would call back in a half hour. no call. i repeatedly called back from home and cell phones. no answer. i had a friend call from thier home phone. they got an answer right away. when they gave them my address and made an appt cystal and ronnie never showed up. i had another repair man come and he was amazed with the mess they made. they had used plastic parts inside a gas oven. somthing even the most novice repairman should know is extremly dangerous. i was told i was very lucky that my house didnt catch fire. apparently they just go the cheapest way out, charge top dollar and dont care about the results.
