Spoke with their only answering person in customer service that explained the price of their service dog kit, what the kit entailed as well as verification of timeframe to send Digital verification of the ID for my canine. I was assured by rep Sussie the digital verification would take at most 1-2 hours to receive. The site directly says 1-2 says for processing for product to ship. After discussion it is quite clear this company is a Bait & Switch. They will tell you anything to get your money with absolutely no ethics or integrity pertaining to what they said & honoring it. I chose to completed transaction based solely on what was spoken to me by this Sussie.

Once ordered was completed I emphasized that I needed to receive the digital verification & copy of my service animal. To no avail, I was ignored for hours trying to get through & only when I received a notification informing that they would not honor what said days before. I respectfully mentioned that if they would not honor the terms upon which I placed my order, I had no recourse but to dispute the transaction as I was being lied to directly only to obtain my credit card. Once I referenced the dispute, then all of sudden I received responses immediately saying they wouldn't honor the timeframe mentioned earlier to receive digital ID. I explained to her that unless I received as designated I was due to lose my Disability benefits the following morning in Disability hearing.

Sussie, then canceled my order without request, blocked my number & said she would refund the transaction. The company is an embarrassment & disgraceful to those that are disabled & very readily dismissive to the concerns of those that live with disabilities. They are a shameful company Pure & Simple! A scam oriented company that totally disregards those with disabilities. Beware of this Scam company. They will take your money & disregard the basis of even why your calling for your Disability. Stay away & look for a more reputable company for your needs. This Sussie is one that preys on the Disabled without any question of the doubt.

I won't even bother trying to rebutt all the lies this representative has replied. Short & sweet, read all the other consumers who've had nepharious dealings with company. After reviewing other customers experiences around the U.S. I felt it was necessary to warn others using this smoke & mirrors company. It is based on giving false information & then not honoring what was informed. I would have no basis to undermine a company that is genuinely helping folks with disabilities. But when an entity tries to take advantage of the disabled, we must stick together. There's no place for a company like this to exist based on unethical business practices. As a consumer if I've been told services will be rendered as they speak, I expect those concerns to be honored. They obviously DO NOT & will lie. Just look at the consensus about the experiences consumers have had. We go to companies like this for assistance, not to be treated worse than the norm in our culture. An abusive disregarding preying company. Stay Away! You'll regret it otherwise.

#1 REBUTTAL Individual responds

I feel sorry for this person

AUTHOR: Sussie - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, December 31, 2015

This individual contacted us a week before they ordered. They asked several questions of which I answered.

The next week this individual placed an order a day before they needed it. They then proceeded to bombard us with emails and phone calls wanting to know where their product was. I told them that the product would go out the next business day as usual and when that happened the digital would be created and emailed to them.

The individual then started sending threatening emails and leaving threatening phone calls. They stated that I had told them the week prior that they would receive the digital within one to two hours and that they then needed the items for a court date. I stated that I had not told them that, that I had told them the item would be SHIPPED in one to two days and that the digital would be made when the item was created (It is a bit hard to make a JPG photo of something that does not exist yet) . I also told them that I was sorry to hear of their situation but the fact that they waited until the last minute to order is not my fault and that they should have ordered the week prior when they had me on the phone.

They then sent me even more of a threatening email stating that if they did not get their digital by a specific time as "I had promised they would" that they would file a charge back against the company. Since there was obviously no way to make this person understand, we decided to cancel his order so they could take their business elsewhere.

The statement of blocking their number is false. We use a call center which does not have blocking capabilities.

The statement that I took their credit card number is false. They placed the order directly on our website with no help from me.

The statement that they did not hear from me until they threatened a charge back was false. We had been sending emails back and forth to each other all day until the emails escilated into threats of a charge back.

The statement of bait and switch is false. Bait and switch is when you entice a person with a lower priced item and then try to talk them into purchasing a higher priced item. We only have one type of item that he purchased, and there is only one price for it.

The statement that we are a scam is false. Anyone that orders from our site receives the product they ordered...UNLESS they begin to threaten us via email or phone. Then they are refunded. Thank goodness that is a very rare occasion.

If I pray on the disabled then I guess I prey on myself too. I am disabled and housebound. I do the customer service work for this company out of my home. I am based in Oregon and they are based in Texas.
