Sewell Lexus Check engine/check vsc lights Dallas Texas

 Check engine/check VSC lights come on repeatedly on my 2006 Lexus gs300. I've taken it to Sewell Lexus 3 times for this issue. First they said it was the gas cap. Then they said it was my catalytic converter. Next they said I needed my entire motor replaced! Mind you my car is running just fine. I replaced the gas cap but did not do any of the costly repairs after reading several stories online about the same issues. I believe there needs to be a recall on this issue. Lexus needs to get to the bottom of this and stop guessing, ultimately having the owner of the car replace the entire engine bc they can't figure out what's causing the lights to come on. I'm disgusted with Lexus customer service. I will never purchase another Lexus. Sick of the run around and costly repairs.
