Graham Dooley of Anglo Info Research, working in France, did not pay his bill after asking us to do work for him. He is disorganized and will blame the sub-contractor for his mistakes. He will find something wrong in the invoice insisting that you adjust it before he pays and when you accommodate him, he still does not pay.
