I recieved a coupon in the mail from Sheri's Berries to recieve 25% of an order before December 14. The website would not take the code "jingle" to give me my discount. I then thought it would be applied at check out. It never was. I did not cancel the order as one item was a birthday present and I needed it delivered on the following Saturday. I knew I would have a chance to review the business as there had been a heads up at the beginning of my shopping the website that day.

I explained how I did not get my discount. This morning I recieved an email title "Let us make it up to you." I opened the email thinking they would say they had applied the discount to my order. Oh no, it was an offer for a discount on a future order. Enough said.
