she lied about trying to contact the seller, she lied about having a fake item when it was authenticated, when presented will positive evidence she still lied to ebay is too big to fight but the goo thing is feedback is not as intricate to business as ebay try's to advertise. People will over look it if its not a lot, out of over 500 feedback 1 or 2 negative feedback over several months does not mean anything..that is unless your a petty housewife who live vicariously through social media. The woman who attacked and abused ebay's policy was no stranger to them. She knew how to do it and play it, she is said "to do something to make her feel better" Yeah but Im straight! what a creepy old broad.

Its no secret that know how to use and manipulate ebays policies to their favor. Cheap ebay labor from India is a result. What was the high dollar item and what did she lie about. I only ask because it can help other people to realise they too might get screwed if they are in the same situation.

abused buyer protection with high dollar item and lied the entire process. there are those who make a career out this and they win. ebay has seen my last purchase and have cancelled my account. I've read over and over ebay is not for sellers, only buyers. I cannot in my conscience ever pull this on someone. BUT there are those like her who can and do, and who also harassed me thru the ebay message system. makes me sick to ever go back there.
