First of all to who ever you are, you are a very rude and judgemental person.How dare you talk about my case when you were not there. And you do not know what these evil people are doing and have been doing to my family for over 26months now.My mother was a foster mom for 10years before she passed away.

Back then that is how CPS/CFS was suppossed to be and help the children that truly needed help.And love them without question and protect them from harm,not to rip familys apart for money.And then to say that CPS/CFS cares about children,if that were true then why are there children left with abuseive, horrable monsters for parents?Oh thats right because in the agencies eye's the children that really do need help are not adoptable there for the angcey can't make any money off them.

I did my research and so did my husband and we found out that for each child in California that gets adopted the worker for that child gets $8,200,I have four children thats $32,800.  My children have never been abused and the allegations that have been made against my husband and I have never been proven with facts or evadance.And the reason for that is beacause there is none.CPS/CFS had to falsified reports and make up lies and I have proof that they lied and lied in court under oath.

So I strongly advise to anyone and everyone to really think about what you are getting ready to type.And try to put yourself in mine and my husbands shoes and use the heart that God gave you.I strongly believe that children need to be protected and there are alot of good homes and familys out there that are willing to help.As for the angceys they need to be put back in there place.

They also need to know that just because they work for the goverment or county does not mean that they are above the law.The workers that do think that way need to be reminded and be held accountable for there actions and justice needs to be servied.What if CFS/CPS came into your home and took your babies without cause.

Would you just sit back and let it happen or whould you stand up and fight legally for your babies and for your rights.Parents that sit back and do nothing are the ones that CFS/CPS should be looking at.The ones that do the right thing, fight for there kids, prove themself such as me and my husband have done should have our family back and the evil brought to an end.

Every phone call and conversation that CFS/CPS workers have with children and parents and when social workers are talking about someone's case it should always be audio recorded and interpreted by an outside agency.That way there is never a one sided conversation.Too many time in court social workers are are aloud to give there personal opions,even when it is obvious to the courts that there is a conflict in personalitiys between parents and social workers.

The social worker is aloud to voice there opions openly in court while the parents have to sit by and just be quite and if the parents do dispaly emotions openly in court they are considered hostile and inappropriate.Whats fare about that?We just want our family back and the fact of the matter is my husband and I brought our babies into this world with love it is our responsibility to rasie them and teach them right from wrong.And we know that the right thing to do is never ever give up fighting for our children and we never will.

 Your report makes no sense at all!! No wonder since you have the inability to spell and maintain proper (if not) first grader paragraphs.  No one cares about your "tattoos" - the interest of the CHILDREN is the State's only issue.  As for your "attorney" I can almost guarantee that you had a STATE appointed Attorney (taxpayers money).

SO your report holds no water and I pray that your children find good, stable homes together.  And NO I do not work for CPS>
