We have provided repair and maintance services to CBR Ciruits for many years.

Isam Shakour assumed ownership of CBR Circuits under his company,Shax Engineering and Systems with the understanding that he would, also, assume outstanding debt.

Each time that my services were required, I collecrted a check for past invoices.

All invoices that were due when he took ownership have been paid.

The last time he requested service from my company, he re3quested electrical ork that I am not licensed to do.  Also, it was work that required a building permit that he did not have.  I could not even refer a licensed electrician for the job.  I work with a licensed elctrical contractor, but it has to be legal.

Since I rejected the job, I have not received any payment for amounts owed.

The oldest is from 8/6/2012, for $130.00.

The most recent is from 8/28/2014, for 177.39.

The total is $1343.28.

I would suggest that anyone that owes him money should adhere to his rules of payment and wait three years to submit payment.
