I have two children whose fathers are supposed to be paying child support. At this point my daughter dad is paying support for her and my son which is not his child. But because he is the father to one of my children the law in Tennessee says if I received government assistant either parent can be required to pay back the funds.

Well to make a long story short while this man is paying another mans childsupport. My Sons father Rodney Perry is currently not paying any childsupport and claims that the State has been taking his income taxes for the last ten years. And his mother whom I trust states that she does his taxes and that they have been taken every year except one.

Now when I confronted the state about a hearing to determine this. I was originally told that they had no payments shown from Mr. Perry ever. However when I started to push the issues the state came of with 2 checks the day of the hearing. They also came up with 1 from my daughters dad.

All of a sudden I start receiving child support checks regularly from my daughters dad. This man had paid child support from Jan 2003 and I never received one until July 2003 because they were taking my daughters child support and paying my son child support and had not informed me of any of this.

This makes me feel like, they're sending the support checks in order to pacify me and keep me from raising anymore questions. If I could afford an attorney I would have this mess investigated. Because if they came of with 3 checks that had been paid to them. That I was never informed of there is probably 3 more or even more that they have gotten.

This system is built up to make families tear down if you really take a long look at our Child support courts. Not only in Memphis but because this city is such a racist city I would have to say it is built to make the black woman disgusted with the black man. I say this because there have been so many cases involving Blacks here where the fathers have been paying the support the state is just sitting on it. This is why they got rid of Shep Wilburn. He let the cat out of the bag.

And not to just blame the system because Rodney Perry should have just been big enough man to care for his child without any child support having to be forced from him. And Yes he is a Dead Beat Dad. Last year my son got nothing for Christmas and this year nothing for his 16th birthday. So yes he's even grown to be a worse Jack--- than he started out.
