*** 7/1 Update ***
Sherman Industries withdrew ALL of the money from Green Sky Credit without completing (or even starting) any of the work. They were only supposed to utilize money for a deposit but then took the rest that would have been allocated when the drilling was to be completed.
Spoke to Green Sky who has been in contact with Sherman. Green Sky claims that Sherman WILL be able to finish work, as per the conversations between the two. I verified with the Suffolk County Consumer Affairs Department that Sherman lost their licensing as of 5/1 due to many open violations and complaints. Green Sky was unaware of this and will be following through with Suffolk County Consumer Affairs. PSE&G was contacted and the monies for the rebates have been allocated for the jobs, but will not be paid until the work is done. They issued the rebate OK after the date the license expired.
I am filing a complaint with Suffolk County Consumer Affairs, Green Sky, and the Suffolk County District Attorney.
