Our experienced team specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry, dental implants, and general dental services. Since 1995, we have been providing excellence in dental care, technology innovation, and expert results to celebrities, full-time moms, professional athletes, business professionals and models.

..The information provided in this report was based on comments made by Dr. Sherri Worth and her staff during an On-Site inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards the Center for Reconstructive Dentistry. .

Dr. Sherri Worth and the Center for Reconstructive Dentistry specialize in Veneers, Invisalign, Teeth Whitening, Crowns, Bridges, Inlays, Onlays, and Bonding. During the On-Site Business verification, Dr. Worth and her staff stated they work with individual patients to address their concerns, needs, and phobias in order to create an appropriate solution for services desired. They do this by asking questions throughout the appointment with the patient and always allow ample time to educate them about their oral health. Additionally, they feel their staff is equipped to provide feedback to their patients and continually have an open line of communication. Dental Hygienists work to show patients areas of concern throughout their appointment through the use of an oral camera. Furthermore, if a patient has a question, the hygienist will stop the procedure and address it immediately to ensure they are getting the best care possible.

Before a major dental procedure, Dr. Sherri Worth explained that she goes through a comprehensive dental care plan which involves consultation with the patient to determine their needs, a history of the patients dental concerns, a comprehensive exam, and x-rays. Dr. Worth states that she will bring in specialists to meet all of the needs the patient might have in order to provide additional options. They try to present all options to the patient; however, if the patient is looking for something that is not in their best interest Dr. Worth always informs them of her concerns. Overall, they have found that an effective way to eliminate confusion is to explain procedures several times before treatment and then again after it has been completed.

After a patient has had a procedure done, their office manager commented that she is persistent in following up to address any concerns by phone as they feel it is more personal. Additionally, they send thank you cards and make an effort to follow up with them more than once to ensure they do not have additional concerns that have come up. After major procedures, Dr. Sherri Worth stated that she will personally follow up with patients through phone calls, emails, and text messages depending on the patients contact preference. If an issue does come up, they work to give it attention immediately and provide additional consultation for the next steps.

The Center for Reconstructive Dentistrys office manager is generally the first to hear a complaint. Since the Corporate Advocacy Program through Ripoff Report she stated that she makes sure to make immediate contact with the patient and talk with them personally while walking them through possible solutions until they are satisfied. They believe that the level of care that patients receive is top quality. If someone is dissatisfied with anything they work to discover the reason, correct it and apply that towards future situations. Dr. Sherri Worth mentioned that she is especially concerned with doing whatever it takes by providing patients the opportunity to have extensive consultation with all parties concerned, exams, and diagnosis. Additionally, they are concerned with follow up and have patients come back for further consultation appointments after procedures. Furthermore, Dr. Worth believes that the CAP program is good resource for assessing businesses on behalf of potential consumers.

DR. SHERRI WORTH, D.D.S. REFUSED TO REPLACE 2 CROWNS THAT SHATTERED WITHIN 3 YEARS OF HER PUTTING THEM IN.  I PAID MORE THAN $50,000 FOR 26 CROWNS.  THE FIRST CROWN COMPLETELY SHATTERED WITHIN 2 YEARS, AND THE SECOND CROWN FRACTURED AT THE GUM LINE JUST A YEAR AFTER THAT.  A THIRD CROWN IS DISCOLORED.  MY PERSONAL OPINION IS DR. SHERRI WORTH, D.D.S. IS A HACK.  SHE STATES IN HER WEBSITE: "[I]N RARE CASES, IF A VENEER COMES OFF IT CAN BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE."  RARE CASE?  I HAD 2 CROWNS SHATTER WITHIN 3 YEARS.  WHAT SHE DOESN'T SAY IS THAT SHE WILL CONTINUE TO MILK YOU AT $2,000 A CROWN TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE DENTAL WORK.

I AM THE ONE WHO POSTED THE ORIGINAL REPORT.  I WAS A PATIENT AND I PAID DR. WORTH OVER $50,000 FOR THE VENEERS/CROWNS.  AFTER I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE 2 SHATTERED CROWNS AND DISCOLORED TOOTH SHE SENT ME A LETTER SAYING SHE WOULD NO LONGER TREAT ME.  I READ THE OTHER REBUTALS AND IT AMAZES ME THAT SHE WOULD SLANDER ME ON THIS SITE.  WHAT PROFESSIONAL TAKES THIS TYPE OF ACTION RATHER THAN SIMPLY MAKING THINGS RIGHT.  THANK YOU TO THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO CONFIRMED MY ORIGINAL POST.  EVERYONE SHOULD BE WARNED.  THIS IS AN EMOTIONAL AND COSTLY DECISION THAT SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY.  IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME JUST ASK DR. WORTH IF SHE HAS EVER BEEN SUED FOR DENTAL MALPRACTICE.  MY CLAIM WILL BE FILED SOON AND YOU CAN GO TO THE ORANGE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT WEBSITE TO SEARCH DR. WORTH AND THE NUMEROUS MALPRACTICE CLAIMS.

Dr worth's staff are doing the rebuttals - I worked for her

Dr Worth has a woman on her staff monitor all negative comments on the web and try and remove them, or write rebuttals. Do not go to this dentist, she has many lawsuits pending, and has settled out of court more than 4 times in 3 years. I worked in the building and everyone knows her repuatation. Even Dr Kramer the surgeon in the same building, had to get his veneers redone after she did them - but he is too much of a gentleman to tell her the work was awful.

I am shocked by this strange man's comments!  Dr. Worth fixed my problems and I could not be happier!!  Everyone loves my teeth and she did an unbelievable job!!!  My teeth are now ten or more years old and are still perfect.  No one knows that they are not mine.  This man is crazy and should not be able to post such things!!!

I am a patient of Dr. Worth's. She did a full mouth reconstruction on me over 8 years ago. I have been to a lot of cosmetic dentists and so have many of my friends. I can tell you without any question she is the best cosmetic dentist out there and stands by her work totally and completely. After my veneers I have had to go back in a few times for minor corrections( my bite is really off and Im hard on my teeth) and she has adjusted and fixed things EVERY TIME without question or charging me extra( when she should have). I have a large group of friends she has worked on and we can tell you, without hesitation, she is THE BEST. This guy is a kook and is wrong. Im in a service profession myself with a sterling reputation like DR. Worth and occasionally we get these impossible to make happy people too. My advice, ignore that guy and be lucky if you can get an appointment with Dr. Worth. She is an artist and a perfectionist. Fox network (The Swan) obviously agreed with all of us. She was amazing on that show!

Dr. Worth does not deserve this. She is a consummate professional, at the top of her profession. If this poster truly had a legitimate issue, she would have satisfied it or he would have had legitimate avenues of recourse. Instead, he's acting like a petulant child who did not get what he wanted. One wonders what the poster did to contribute to his problem?

As many may have seen on TV, Dr. Worth has donated her time in skillfully reconstructing mouths of our servicemen injured in combat, or police officers injured in the line of duty, or children born with cleft palates. I would not expect her to have the time to respond to the oddball or eccentric comment, nor dignify it by responding to it.

I know who this is--he is an ex-employee that has a grudge.  His statements are not tue.  This is ridiculous.  Dr. Worth has a great reputation and she does superb dentistry.

SHERRI WORTH DDS HIRED A COMPANY TO TRY AND HIDE THE RIP OFF REPORT RATHER THAN A REBUTTAL, OR MAYBE EVEN AN APOLOGY.  MAKES ME WONDER HOW MANY OTHER PATIENTS HAVE HAD THEIR NEGATIVE REPORTS ABOUT SHERRI WORTH DDS ERASED OR BURIED IN BACK PAGES.  MALPRACTICE ACTIONS IN 2003, 2005 AND 2006.

n my opinion, Dr. Sherri Worth is a HACK. I paid her over $50,000 for a full mouth reconstruction (26 crowns) three years ago. Two crowns have shattered and one is discolored. She refuses to replace any of these at her own cost and wants to charge an additional $2,000 per crown??!!! Make sure you get a guarantee that her work will last more than 2 years in writing. I was told the crowns will last at least 10-15 years...not 2 years.

"It would be reasonable to expect that a dental crown could last between five and fifteen years. Most likely a crown which did only last five years would be somewhat of a disappointment to your dentist. It's probably their hope that any crown they make for you will last ten years or longer. Depending on the environment and forces the crown is exposed to (chewing, biting, accidental trauma, tooth grinding) and how well you keep the tooth to which it is cemented free of dental plaque, a crown can last somewhat indefinitely. Especially one positioned where its cosmetic appearance is not much of a concern." www.animated-teeth.com
