My son orderd a pair of basketball shoes from shoe22.com. The site said that they were unable to accept credit cards at this time. We sent a check Oct 16 2005, it was promptly cashed. We never received the shoes.
Many inquiries were sent. I finally received a response from amgshoes.com that they have bought shoe22.coms domain.there is no longer a shoe22 The website is virtually the same, but of course they have nothing to do with it.
Interesting that amg only takes checks. Before ordering we had talked with a ouple of people who had ordered from shoe22 and had received their order. Since our rip off I see that there are many people who have had the same problem. My son and I are out approx. 80 dollars.
