I purchase a item at shop Irene intimacy on June 20, I receiced the confirmation of my purchase. About one day later, I received the shipping number, and I was able to see the tracking activity.I waited about 5 days, then I contact them, they stated they were checking it out.In the meantime I contact UPS; however they were unable to track the item with the tracking number they gave me.I told them that I needed the 22# tracking number because the one that they gave me, UPS cannot use it to track my package. they them told me it went it the wrong address, and I sent then my address again with my apt #.I still didnt hear anything from them so, I told them they can keep their merchandise and I wanted my money back, I wrote them and they never responded.So, I tried to call the number that was on the page and its not working, and they took off the web page its not available anymore. I still dont have the merchandise and they still have my money of $34.79 I believe. I did state to them that if I didnt get my merchandise I was going to report them. I just need justice. a also I use a debit card. carchande Brooklyn, New York
