shop goodwill they are crooks I will bid and win a item if its a crappy item I receive it but if I win a nice item at a low price I don't get it they say it was accidently ship to the wrong address and they are giving me a refund they have done this 4 times the last ti crooked and unfair business many listed on web Internet

i am a customer of shopgoodwill and i am a army disable vet. i bid on electronic items computers from good will some i fix and resell some i give to low income familys that need it for there kids to do there school work. this is the problem i am having if i win a nice laptop at a low price i dont get it they tell me it was accidently ship to the wrong customer and they cant get it back the first time they did it. ok things happen the 2nd time like wow really the 3rd time no way i sent them a email they called me saying they are sorry for the problem now here is the 4th time i contact them because i paid this nov 20 2014 and i have not received my item. wow they respond back customer pick up on item and they are giving a refund really if i pick it up why are you giving me a refund really it was a really nice toshiba laptop tab i had purchase a orig charger and new 750gig hard drive to put in it because it did not come with it i cant return this stuff and i am piss and not only this i have 6 laptops busted up in shipping because they put it in a small box with a few strips of paper really thats not going to protect anything when i contact them about it they only want to refund the item cost not the shipping and the shipping is the problem plus its 2.5 times more then the item they need to stop they get this stuff free they get 100% profit maybe people should not donate to them and donate it to the salvation army they do a lot for people to then maybe they will change the way they do business and start doing the right thing to and for there workers and customers.
