Shop HQ DECEITFUL AND LIERS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! NATIONWIDE Nationwide

Firts time I bought from a TV infomercial, I should have know better. 

We purchased a mattress from SHOP HQ, www.shoph1.com 

The product itself its the worst I've seen in my whole life. Cheap and unconfortable. After a week's use it was already causing us back problems and we're only in our 20s. 

Called Shop HQ to return this product. Get the runaround but apperentlt everything was going normal. Was told 1-2 weeks for someone to call me to complete the return. 

Well, it has been almost 3 MONTHS NOW!! I called them inumerous times. Always a different excuse. They say it's not their responsability, according to them, it's the manufacture's responsability to pick up the product and not theirs. 

They keep charging my account every month and at this point I will just create a charge back for the whole transaction.

Big time liers, cheap products, they just want your money.
