I knew the deal was to good to be true when I saw it on living social.  $20 for a pair of bluetooth wireless headphones.  I purchased the deal and was immedietly billed for it and directed to s****.>

You can't call this site to get an update on your order, you have to chat them online.  I have now chatted with 5-6 different represenatives who provide me with "fake" tracking information in order to get me to go away for a day or two.  I have 3 tracking numbers, none of which track a valid package.  There own represenatives state that the item should be shipped in two weeks, it has been four weeks and nothing has happened.I was promised a refund by one employee who conviently went on vacation after this promise according to her email. 

This website should be shut down for the scam they are running.  They are stealing people's money and not providing any type of service in return.  Beware--- do not order from them, it isn't worth the hastle and I could have easily thrown $20 out the window rather than chase down this fake company.
