Shoppers Market Research Sent check for $3,880. wanted daughter to deposit check New York New York

My daughter received a letter in the mail yesterday, with no return address and stamped in Canada. Upon opening this letter, the first thing that fell out was a check for $3,880.00. Imagine her delight at that amount of money. I immediately knew that it was a scam. Sure enough, after reading the letter she was told to deposit the check, go shopping and spend $100.00 (keep the stuff she bought) and then send the rest of the money to one of several people via Money Gram. I came here to check and found one lady who actually fell for the scam (which I understand when our economy is so bad, people are desperate). They also promised my daughter a job starting at $400 a week for the first 3 months and then an increase to $800 per week after six months. I just wanted to let everyone know....don't fall for this! It IS a scam!
