I bought a 14,000 dollar sterilizer machine from this company on EBAY. It was advertised as a working unit with recent inspection. I bought this unit for my surgery center which is under construction; thus, I wasn't sure what the problem was at first. Then, after my contractor inspected the machine, it was noted that 2 parts were missing. The seller avoided all communication attempts. Ebay will not intervene since I did not request a refund within 30 days. I just want the machine in a working condition or at least some type of guidance to rectify the problem. Please be wary of dealing with Mark Snyder and Shore Medical LLC. They may have good reviews on EBAY, but they misrepresented themselves to me.

sterilizer woes follow up

It was noted by the contractors that the steam generator and air compressor were taken out of the belimed sterilizer unit sold to me. The plumbing hoses were fraught with leaks. The printer on the unit was also nonfunctional. I spent between 15 and 20,000 fixing everything and spent countless hours trying to find the right people to help me. Fortunately, the belimed sterilizer company stepped up and helped me out--for a price. But it is quite sad that all my attempted contact with this individual went ignored. Just a little communication would have been really helpful and appreciated.
