As folks can see, this gentleman John, is obviously very angry about this unfortunate situation and cannot seem to let this issue go after what looks to be nearly 10 years later which I can absolutely understand. I can assure you though, that I did nothing to you or to your business and did not say any of the things you claim I did; especially on the internet. I have a suspicion of who did though, as I had a co-worker at this exact time in 2007 who turned out to be a scam artist and a real piece of work who did many things on this level and had a very similar speaking tone to the emails posted. I on the otherhand don't believe in posting others' dirty laundry on the internet so I will keep this person's name anonymous for that reason and also because I'm just speculating. I understand your frustration about somebody putting defaming comments about you and your business on the internet, but as said previously, it was not me. Anybody who knows me, knows very well that I would never say any of the horrible things that were said on this site. I'm very sorry you have had to deal with this situation John, and that it has likely placed somewhat of a dark shadow on your business. If there is anything I can do to help you in this situation, I would be happy to help as this has been frustrating for me as well. Fortunately, it hasn't caused me any problems yet, mostly because anybody that meets or knows me, knows very well I would never do or say anything like the emails in this posting. I'm sure you are a good person John, who runs an honest business and were the victim of an unfortunate situation, but please leave my name out of this as I did nothing to deserve this. If what you say is true about what happened, you more than anybody should know how it feels to be defamed on the internet so I'm not sure why you are continuing to run my name into the ground when I did nothing to you. Gold Ring did not contain a $25,000.00 Natural Diamond Max simply did not pay,  no big deal to me as far as I am concerned 1 less ring to make.

However to the company that receives commissions this was a big deal and being that Max was doing this on a regular basis to many others his account was canceled.

My name is Max Ramhorst and am frankly disgusted by everything in this report as my name has been used illegally and is now being defamed. A friend of mine recently came across this report and sent it to me and I was in shock from what I read. I am disgusted that my name was illegally used and that the business owner who responded has been so kind as to respond to the identity thief with inflammatory comments that are defaming my name. I don't know exactly what transpired between these two parties and frankly don't care, however, it looks to me as if this was a pretty nasty misunderstanding that turned into an angry d**k-swinging competition. What I do care about though, is my name and my reputation. Here are the facts about myself that I can personally clear up:

- I do not have any children and have never in my life purchased any type of jewelry on eBay. The only things I purchase via eBay are golf clubs and event tickets. Additionally, the purchases I have made on eBay have always come back with positive feedback which is reflected by my perfect eBay rating (which I would be happy to share).

- I have absolutely no problem with Jews, African Americans, or homosexuals or any other race/group and have never had a problem with them. I was raised in Seattle which is known as one of the most culturally diverse and gay friendly cities in the United States. I was raised in a liberal family who always preached equality and diversity while growing up. Anybody who has met my family knows this. I have an uncle on my mother's side who I was very close to growing up who married a black woman and has two biracial children (my niece and nephew) with her. I only went to inner-city schools growing up including Garfield High School which is well known as one of the most culturally diverse high schools in the entire State of Washington. While growing up and attending these schools, I was friends with many African-Americans, Jews, and homosexuals. In fact, I even took part in my friend Alex's bar mitzfah while in junior high. Additionally, my girlfriend of 7 years (who I am still with) is part Austrian-Jew. In 2010, I marched in the Seattle gay-pride parade (I have photos) and just this past year, I voted for the gay marriage law that just passed in the State of Washington. I also am a musician in a Latin-style band in Seattle that has been going strong for over 10 years and have become very involved in the Hispanic community in Washington State because of the band. To say that I am in any way a bigot or a racist is flat-out ignorant and false. Anybody who knows me can confirm this.

- I have had the same email address for over 12 years now and the email address posted in this report is not my email address. Once again, anybody who knows me or has communicated with me via email over the past 12 years can confirm this. 

Reading this report came as a shock to me and I am beyond frustrated and disgusted that both my name was used illegally and that it has also been defamed with horribly false comments by the respondent. As RipOff Report will not remove these reports, I will be contacting my attorney to work on getting this cleared up. I will not stand for my name being defamed especially being that everything in this report is false, so far off from my character, and because I am an innocent bystander in this whole fiasco. I have already contacted my local authorities in regards to my identity being stolen and will work with my attorney to clear up everything else. This is disgraceful and both parties in this report should be ashamed of themselves.

I was reading John's report again and realized that I missed something. The last name posted on John's post isn't Max's last name. Another mistake John!

I personally witnessed all email transmission between Max and John and everything written by John is a lie. John is just an angry old man. John received a bad feedback report from Max on eBay because John could not follow through on a promise that he made to Max. John then started the terror to come. I personally witnessed an email where John threatened Max's life. John has insulted Max NUMEROUS times and I admit that Max insulted John but not racially. Max never wrote anything that had ANY racist remarks to John.

John obviously wrote some crazy *&*& story about all of this because he is pissed off. Max never claimed to be a lawyer! Max is 22 years old! Nobody would write anything so stupid! I was browsing here last week and read the OP by the person now known as Max Ramhorst from Seattle, I was so shocked that someone would threaten this persons life being an Ebay user myself I decided to look into this Ebay seller.

After a minute of looking I found this seller known as Good_Guys_Jewelers on Ebay after looking over almost 900 Ebay feedbacks all of which were praising these Guys (except for Max) and seeing the merchandise myself I decided to purchase a ring for myself.

I received my ring today and the item was exactly as described even better, by far the best Diamond oops I mean Simulated Diamond I have ever seen, the customer service was beyond excellent and they (John) answered all my emails promptly.

I was so Happy I called to thank the owner John who to no surprise is a very nice person.

I guess I should Thank Max for writing his origional complaint (lie), but after reading the emails sent to this seller I would not speak to such a Vulgar Racist Bigot.
