The findings were what the chief investigator said we had talked about so the only warrant that will be in the future is in the form of an indictment .. Conspiracy to commit fraud or co-conspirator I should say. Dianne Ellis is getting what she and the rest of them deserve! The MBI I are the ones that turned the findings into the DA! The sheriff is already outta office since my investigation and the Mobile cty FBI just took over to investigate the county & state to make sure it was done w/ integrity cause as u see this lawyer along with the rest have no integrity or empathy so glad justice is around the corner! 

I am going to chime in here because I know the people that Alisha Pierce Herbert is defaming here.  I was actually IN court on the date of her emergency hearing.  The emergency hearing was in front of Judge Bordis, not Judge Harris, so I am not sure why or how poor Judge Harris is being attacked by Alisha.  I was only present for that emergency hearing, so maybe Judge Harris became involved later and Judge Bordis just heard the emeregency.  I do not know.  What I do know is that Alisha was present in court and was very, very pregnant.  She tested positive for Methadone and testified that she was taking Methadone from the clinic in Alabama, where she lives.  I remember this case for several reasons.  First, a pregnant woman was positive for Methadone in court, and this shocked me.  Methadone is used for only one reason- to treat addiction to opiates.  So clearly this pregnant was an addict.  I cannot imagine a pregnant woman continuing to take Methadone that far into her pregnancy.  The second thing that made me remember this case is that I was impressed that Dianne managed to convince the judge not to put this child into third party custody after the mother was positive for Methadone and pregnant.  Certainly Mark's client would not have been appropriate for custody because she was positive for nearly everything under the sun.  But, under similar situations, I have seen this judge place a child with a third party pending further investigation.  

I am not sure why Alisha is talking about insurance money.  Money was not a subject of this case at all.  It was never mentioned in court.  Not once.  I gather from what I have read here and on Alisha's Facebook page that Alisha's ex-husband had a life insurance policy and changed the beneficiary to his brother before he died instead of leaving it to Alisha, as she thought he would.  That would be COMPLETELY unrelated to this case regarding a guardianship of her child by her grandmother.  I am just not sure how she is connecting the dots between her custody case, and a case involving her ex-husband's insurance policy, as this child was not a beneficiary and no one pled anything regarding money in the custody case.

This emergency hearing was the first time I had ever met Dianne.  I know her now casually and professionally.  We are not friends in the true sense of the word, but certainly have a good working relationship.  Her reputation among all of the attorneys that I know is excellent.  She is honest to a fault, both by reputation, and by my experiences with her.  She is a zealous advocate for her clients.  I witnessed her represent Alisha well.  I could not have done a better job.  I know, from personal information, that Dianne is not being investigated by the District Attorney's office.  Not for this case and not for anything.  The other allegations Alisha has made regarding Dianne are just completely ridiculous.  They have no basis in fact, nor are there even rumors to support those allegations.  I almost expect an allegation next that Dianne is an alien from another planet, because that would make as much sense and be just as true as the other allegations.  Ask any attorney in the Chancery Courts of Jackson or Harrison counties.  

I know Mark and have known him for some time.  I know both of the judges in this case.  I know that Mark has  a stellar reputation among other attorneys.  He is honest.  His ethics are the highest.  Ask any attorney and you will hear the same thing.  Mark is a good lawyer and a good man.  Both of the judges in this case are extremely concerned for he best interests of all children and are great, honest, and ethical men and judges. Alisha mentions her friend, Briley Richmond.  He is the running joke of the courthouse.  He did not fire Dianne.  That is why HE had to leave her office.  Everyone knows she kicked him out.  Dianne is a busy, busy lawyer.  She is in court somewhere virtually every day of the week.  As nearly as I can tell, Briley Richmond does not work, he just hangs out at the coffee house and smokes weed. He is, literally, the worst lawyer on the Coast.

Alisha seems to be getting bad legal advice from somewhere, or maybe she just does not understand the law.  It sounds like maybe both.  Given the fact that there were allegations of abuse and neglect raised by her mother, then topped off by the fact that Alisha was using Mathadone while pregnant, there is nothing that anyone could have done to have gotten this case dismissed after the emergency hearing.  Further investigation and the appointment of a Guardian Ad Ltiem are mandatory under the law.  MANDATORY, by statute.  I am not sure why she seems to think that Dianne, or anyone, should have filed something in probate.  There is no probate court in Mississippi, as there is in Alabama.  In Mississippi, all probate matters are within the jurisdiction of the Chancery Court, which is where this case was heard.  Do, I am not sure what Alisha thinks Dianne should have filed.  This, again, is something that any competent Mississippi lawyer can confirm.  

I don't even know what to say to that last bit of crazy that came out of the psycho's mouth (or keyboard).  It is virtually incoherent.  I am a happily married woman who has always been faithful to my husband, I have never used an illegal drug in my life, I get drug tested on occasion as a Registered Nurse, in addition to being an attorney, and I have WORKED at an inpatient psychiatric facility for years, but never been a patient in one.  The partner she claimed "fired" me was actually fired by me for inappropriate sexual comments about a child.  MY child.  (In addition to trying to hit on me).  That is why I kept the office and clients and he went to practice law out of a coffee shop.  (You notice she blames him for the burglary in the text messages).  I have never posted anything about him anywhere, because I just do not care enough to make the effort.  

If I had done anything that could get me disbarred, she would have done it long ago.  I am not being "indicted".  For what?  Winning her custody case?  

If she says it, it is a lie.  Ireally do not have time to respond to all of her nonsense because I have a job and I am busy, unlike Alisha and her friend.

Alisha, I feel really, really sorry for you.  Why are you so angry at me?  I won your case.  You kept your child.  The other child had died before you ever hired me, and I am so sorry that you lost him.  It is tragic and it is sad.  He died in a car wreck.  He was not murdered by anyone, least of all by the Sherriff.  He ran off the road and wrecked.  It is horrible, but not criminal, except that your mom let him leave the house driving the car you bought him knowing he had no license.  Maybe that is criminal.  What is what I was hired to do was keep custody of your other child.  I was hired after your son's death and I cannot figure out how you think I was involved in his wreck.  It makes no sense.  Please go get help.  Please.  This is unhealthy for you.  If you at least had a job, maybe it would get your mind off of your grief.  

I meant to say due to Dianne's drug abuse w/ prescription drugs and illegal drugs .. And she has a fettish for bad boys and other typos in the rebuttal. I feel sorry for her And I was warned about her, but my perp found her as my lawyer not knowing she and my abuser were sexually involved which is how she knew about his false arrests in Domestic Violence Court . Please contact other clients and the Jackson County DA , she is about to be indicted and its a shame that she felt the need to further attack civic trim of domestic violence, fraud and murder of my 16-yr-old .. It just shows the immaturity and lack of class and morality . 

The mugshots that Dianne Ellis is used from my being a victim of domestic violence that was dismissed in Judge Hall's court in Mobile, AL .. She  threatened me and my family that she would make up a story of breaking and entering if I ever went public with her involvement in the fraud and murder of Darin lee McMaster , jr. She has told me that she would say that I have mental problems , but I have a Verizon phone and she's using an at&t text and who defends a client when they blame them before breaking and entering.. She also filed a report about another attorney Briley Richmond that she had a sexual relationship with that fired her and she has accused him of rape and she had a daughter that her mother sued her for and allowed to take lortabs, Xanax , and whatever else she could get her hands on. She was fired from Briley's lawfirm and right now as we speak the District Attorney has findings from the MBI that has been presented to a grand jury. Dianne Ellis has no proof of a mental illness, but Dianne's mother has committed Dianne Ellis on several occasions also Dianne confided into me that she has had sex w/ multiple male clients .. Also she wears what looks like an angel on her lapel but its a d**k with wings and its very uncouth as Dianne is and has wrote bad checks that are posted all over Jackson County. She has since been in and out of mental institutions because of her involvement in fraud and murder, she wants the insanity defense. The DA and the MBI have proved what has happened to me and Dianne gets on these reports to deceive people and her mother knows very well that Dianne has a getting for jail inmates that she's had had multiple times had sex with ... it proves that her mental state is in question if in fact she really thought I had broke into her office .. It just supplies motive to help defraud and cover up motive.. I took a chair follicle and urine drug screen and passed them both although my mother failed Dianne did not file a motion to dismiss also DHS had cleared me before these court precedings and at the end the judge involved with the fraud as well as the county prosecutor that was using my mother was told it is against the law to take children away from a fit mother something Dianne is not. I have won against a drug addict and Dianne Ellis is the one who her mother has committed on numerous occasions because she was allowing her daughters to have sex with older men while very young and also abandoned her childrea during her bi-polar states whicis isnt a laughing matter .. I just hope that nobody else uses a lawyer with a known mental illness that pimps her daughters out and has had severainstitutional commitments , and her client base is mostly men and the men say that they have had sex with her in return for her representation. She is in fear of the grand jury because she very well can be indicted for her involvement. Please do not use this lawyer ! She thinks mugshots that have been used to file untrue warrants by a very violent man will make it look as though I'm a criminal, but if you check with Mobile judge hall dismissed those due to domestic violence and was the perps way of trying to defame her character because Dianne has had a relationship with him as well because she knows that she is about to lose her license to practice law. She admits to representing me against the very prosecutor that filed petitions to defraud the court and the judge involved as well ... She is guilty of fraud and she may be involved with future crimes concerning the other child. I thought she would feel guilty but due to her recent commitment by her own husband because of her promiscuity .. Jthe poor man has been through so much with Dianne's mental and emotional illness and bi-polar and borderline personality bar narcissistic disorder as well as her alcoholism and drug abuseMy illegal and prescription drugs that her mother again took one of her children due to the exposure of sex & drugs. Stay away from this about to be disbarred lawyer

I did represent Alisha Pierce Herbert.  Her mother was seeking custody of one of her children.  She had two children from one relationship (she has had a total of five children with different men), and the father of those children was dead before I ever met her.  When she hired me, the oldest child had already been killed in a car wreck.  Her mother was seeking custody of the remaining living child of that relationship.  Alisha had left both of the children with her mother for months after the death of their father.  While they were in the care of her mother, and after she had let the oldest child stay with her mother, he drove a car Alisha had bought him, knowing he had no driver's license, and he was killed in a car wreck.  If Alisha had had this child with her, and if she had not given him a car to drive before he even had a license, undoubtedly he would still be alive.  I am sure her grief and guilt are unbearable, and I feel sorry for her.  I was hired AFTER this child had died.  I represented her.  A Guardian Ad Litem was appointed.  There were three or four hearings held and I represented Alicia in all of the hearings.  She never lost custody of her child, even temporarily, because I represented her and won.  I WON her case, and she accuses me of some weird conspiracy?  

Alisha is mentally ill and she has a drug problem, even using Suboxone and Methadone while pregnant with her last child.  She has been involuntarily committed to mental institutions repeatedly.  She seems to have some delusion regarding some "conspiracy" that is completely unrelated to her custody case.  I cannot even figure out what she claims the conspiracy is supposed to be.  I have no clue what she is talking about when she says something should have been filed in "probate".  I represented her only for a child custody case and I did it for $1500, although her bill is $3,975.00 and I have not been paid the balance.  I did not represent her in any "probate" matter.  Child custody, guardianship, and probate matters (estates, wills, etc.) are all heard in Chancery Court in Mississippi, which is where her case was heard.

She has accused me, another very honest and honorable attorney, and one of the best judges I know of being in some conspiracy in a case she WON!  I have talked to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation about her stalking of me.  I have had to block her on Facebook, on my telephone, and on my email because of the non-stop harassment and threats.  I am concerned that I am in physical danger from this woman.  MBI worries that we all are.  She has burglarized my old office, and she has admitted it.  I currently have a warrant for her arrest.  She is dangerous.  She is insane.  My only regret is that I represented her.  I worry for the safety of all of her children.
