The person claiming to be Judith from Bristol Tn or Judith- Judy form Jonesboro, TN is ficticous. I have never sold any puppy to a Judith or Judy in TN. This is a breeder in the UK that use to live in the United States and wanted to get back at and destroy the reputations of good honest breeders. I no longer breed Labradors or Silver labs, but I am still very hurt and upset that I can not get my information removed from this website who lets anyone write anything about anyone they can. You have to pay them $2000 to start a rebutal try and get this cleared up. We are good people that take care of and treat our dogs as parts of our families. I can not afford the $2000 to try to get this removed, I am still very sadded and hurt by this false claims. I have never heard from this person stating this claim, i have never had anyone ask for money back on the purchase of a puppy from us the whole time we breed for over 16 years. Please do not believe everything you read on this as you will notice the three claims on here are all from a Judy or Judith living in TN. I kept records on all my puppies that were sold and I have never sold any puppy to a Judy or Judith or sold a puppy to anyone living in TN. Please check out the breeder do your research, ask the right questions look at both parents. But do not believe everything you read.

The Judith in the above claim is fictious. It is another breeder in the UK that was trying to get back at some of us that was mad. I no longer breed silver labs and I am still upset over the fact that anyone can put any kind of information about you on this page and not even have any proof that the things said are true. I have never sold a Lab to a Judith in Bristol TN. This report was aimed at a few of us with no warrant to the claim. I have had no one ask for a refund for their puppy. Please do not believe everything you read. Still very heart broken over this false claim. I have always cared for my puppies and dogs as if they are a part of our family and try and give everyone of them the best home and care imaginable.

I would first like to say that all siver Lab breeders are not all tied together. I do not associate with other breeders as they raise their puppies and older doggies too differently than I do. I have all of my babies born in my home...I know the time they are al born and the weight they are at birth. I only breed my moms 1 time a year and only breed them till they are 6. Then they either become someonse pet or I keep them as my pet. This makes for so much healthier puppies and momma's. My babies are my grandbabies & all my dogs are my kids....

I care for them deeply and protect them and their health to the best of my ability. I am so sorry that the person that wrote the complaint about 3 different kennels has had to go through so much heartache and monitary loss..I dont consider myself a professional breeder as I raise my kids and grandkids with common sense. I worm them starting at 2 weeks old to ensure that when a family or person takes one of my babies into their home they will not have any worms which can cause so many health issues.

I have repeat buyers for my babies..I NEVER air ship my babies as I dont believe in putting a baby on a plane by themselves. I need to meet the person taking one of my babies. I have refused so many people because they did not show the love that my babies deserve. Or because they said negative things about my kids. I have tried to shut down bad breeders...It is not the money to me it is the love that these sweeties deserve to be the utmost priority. I hate it when people bash silver labs..most are breeder of other colors of labs and most think their labs are better. Well, we own 2 silver labs and they are beautifu; dogs and very smart as well 2 of the smartest labs I have ever owned. We also have black and chololate labs. We love them too..

We asre starting up our own Kennel.  I resent the remark made about so called backyard breeders. You ma'am need to research how YOUR own kennel got it's start. As for silver and charcoal labs polluting the gene pool...that is the most uncalled forremark I have ever heard. 

Judith and I am so sorry you had such a bad experience with the 2 breeder you went to for a puppy.

All the problems you had with your puppy is normal puppy problems with the exception of the hip displasia. Just to let you know that is a problem of all labs NOT just the silver and a good breeder will have a hip displasia clause garanteeing the dogs hips for a year or so with back up form their vet..

If you do NOT get all of these things with the purchase of a new lab pup (OF ANY COLOR) don't buy it!!

I also have my vet available for any buyer of one of my puppies. Judith we are NOT all in it together. If I came accross someone brokering these puppies. I would report them to AKC along with getting plenty of photos of their so called Kennel. then contact their local humane society 

As for the parents being on site if you get to the breeder and they do NOT ask youif you want to see the parents, red flag!!! If they don't then by all means ask to see them..and do not take no for an answer. If they still  don't allow you to see the parents...DO NOT BUY THE PUPPY!

We have beautiful pups and we do garantee them too If something comes up with the pup wew will gladly take the pup back and give you another..

We had 1 puppy past away after his new daddy had him for 8 months. his tummy had twisted (which is also a problem of labs of any color). He called me the day his puppy pasted and my husband and I cried with him.we offered to refund his money or give him a new puppy from our next litter. He chose the latter stating that his pup was the smartest lab her had ever owned. and he was silver factored his daddy is silver and mother is black. We are expecting to breed our silver female with our silver malew in the spring...

One more thing for you to remeber, A good HONEST breeder will only have 1 maybe 2 litters a year..and they will be welped in home and kept in home until 8 weeks old and the areas where the puppies and mommy are wil be CLEAN.

Once again sorry you and your family had such a horrible expereince with the so called silver lab breeders.

We purchased a silver lab puppy from Kellyn, Silver Star Kennels....We couldnt be happier with how the transaction went. I'm even more elated about my puppy...She is an absolute doll baby...She was healthy, bright eyed, and full of energy at 6 weeks of age, when I brought her home. She is now six months old and just as georgeous as her mother....I really could't be happier with her. We have always owned Labs, and this silver is by far the smartest.

My Vet said ther is no doubt she is purebred, cause she is all lab all the time. I have viewed these reviews and did a lot of research before I setteled on this breeder.  From the minute we arrived at Silver Star Kennels, it was very clear they take pride in their home, property and pups...

My experience with Silver Star Kennel, could'nt have been more plesant. Kellyn and her family were all there and welcomed us into their home as if we were long time friends...And was by far from the previous story told, which seems to me to be a little far fetched.

All of these slanderous statements are 100 % false and are outrageous lies .I want to make it very clear that I do not purchase other breeders pups or litters for resale nor do I sale other breeders litters , I do post links to help others out from time to time and that is free of charge as a courtesy . These allegations are those of a coward and are posted on a cowardly website that would allow anyone to post anything they like using any made up name and location and spread false accusations about others all the while standing behind the 1st Amendment Right of Freedom of Speech.. This website refuses to remove the slanderous posting and they do not validate the posts submitted to determine whether they are fact or fiction. The events claimed in this post are pure fabrication, they never took place, I have never sold to this person nor do I know who this person is. One can only wonder what the motives are behind this individuals attack against so many breeders . The Navarro Law Firm has been retained by the owners of Silver Star Kennel, with the website silverlabs.com to pursue and bring to justice the person who on January 30, 2010, posted malicious and outright lies libeling our client on ripoffreport.com. Ripoffreport.com does not verify if a posting is true or untrue prior to the posting, therefore, our client has been forced to answer and defend their good reputation.

The individual who posted the libelous  information about our client states that the one incident occurred in 1999.  Our client was not in business in 1999 when this individual states they purchased a dog from Silver Star Kennel, nor was their website online.  Our client breeds and sells their own puppies and have never once purchased a puppy from anyone for resale.  Our client has never declined or not honored a health guarantee when conditions stated within the guarantee had been met.  With reference to the little girl on our clients website, the individual stated she would likely be in college by now.  The fact that our clients little girl was not even born in 1999 further demonstrates the willful intent to libel our client.

Silver Star Kennel takes great pride in their dogs and kennel and it has received  high praise from the American Kennel Club (AKC) inspector during a routine inspection.  Based on the quality of our clients dogs, many famous individuals have purchased their family puppy from their kennel.  In addition, the testimonials on their website speak to the known facts about their quality dogs and good reputation.

Our law firm knows first hand the untruths in this willful and malicious statement against our client. Our clients are college educated, hardworking, ethical individuals who take great pride in their kennel and they love and care deeply about their dogs.  The individual who posted false information about our client regarding an incident that allegedly happened eleven years ago and well before our client was in business, makes anyone wonder what the motive is behind the posting.
