I lost my SS card about 4 months ago, when i did i found Simple filings AKA Humaris on the computer they told me i had to fill out a SS10 form and give them $36.00 and personal information about my self and my family. so i did.

It has been 12 week now so i thought maby i should contact the SS office and when i did they told me it is free to get a new SS card and that i have been a victom of idenity theft. They also gave me the proper places to call to report everything. 

I called Simple Filings and got ahold of a woman named kim she told me she could not refund my money because it has been to long and my paperwork was rejected. I asked her why i was never contacted about the rejection she told me it was not her job that everything is sent to the SS Administration.

I then asked her what i was paying her for then and she hung up on me.  I called back and the same girl kim answered the phone i asked for a supervisor and she told me she was the supervisor. i then asked if i could speak with someone else she told me she was the only person in the office.

So if she is the only person in the office then this company must not be very big, They took my information and my parents information and bank act number and now i can do nothing about it but pray they dont use my information.

Please be careful of this company i am not the only complant they have had just look up simple filings rip off and you can read thousands of people who have been riped off by this company.

Additionally, our payment processor will not process refunds after 90 days. That is out of our control and you'll find that it is not unusual with other businesses.
