SimTechnos India Aditya Bhimrajka Scammed me for $400 and did not deliver work as agreed Kolkata Internet

This client is either mad or having problem reading things. 

She first hired her for the website which we delivered and then she bought the SEO package which was supposed to go on for 6 months @ 400 USD 

We commenced the work 15 days now 

We did:

Google Indexing 

Yahoo Indexing 

Bing Indexing 

As well as 8000 directory submissions along with 16000 backlinks as well as we are driving visitors to her site on daily basis.

We told her that we are not interested in doing further work for her as because she comes up every day with a new thing and tells us this and that is problem, even after 15 days of delivery. 

Now she tells us that she wants a refund for the same and she is doing all this drama that we are not doing her work, where we have every day work proof and we told her we cant refund her for thid work as its already in progress. 

She threats us that for the other delivered work also she will file a dispute if we ont refund her. 

Its recommened to be very wise dealing with this kind of mischevious employer, who first takes work and then claim refund with no vlaid proof. All are work done confirmations and progress and her expectations met are provided in the following screenshots.

The code he gave us was junk and old. We got our money back since we made a PayPal payment to freelancer there are many still waiting for their money. We have reported him to cyber crime India and received a confirmation from them they have recorded the complaint.

The scammer creates websites selling cloned scripts. The scammer takes the money upfront from the client and gives 2 weeks delivery time to customize the apps as per the client needs. After that the client keeps on chasing and never gets the completed work.

( we have our own payment gateway, and this scammer employer says we dont work on milestone, whereas we work milestones only, who is an idiot to give full payment on such a website like freelancer )

This person ,we delivered himthe code and the work ws delayed, stil lwe have reufned the person already.  we have a valid confirmation of funds receievd by him ownself.
