This company has the worst customer service on the planet. I have been with sirius for a couple of years. I have them draft my account every 3 months, quarterly. My girlfriends grandpa is going through cancer treatments and I am paying alot of money to help with hotels and food. Every single dollar I had I sent to help with this family emergency. I left 1.00 in my account. I know that I will have no money in my account when they are going to do the draft. So what do I do? I call them and tell them to move my draft date. This call was made 8 days prior to when the draft was scheduled. You know what happened? They drafted my account on the wrong date anyway. I am charged 35.00 from my bank for overdraft. I call the company and tell them they have made a mistake. They deny that we even had a conversation about drafting my account and the change. So I am stuck with the overdraft fee. The next month....they draft my account ON THE DAY I HAD DISCUSSED WITH THEM ON THE ORIGINAL PHONE CALL!!!!!! I call them, furious. I ask to speak to a manager, there is no manager they say. I ask for a different number to call, no help. I ask for their full name and location, they can not give that out either. When you call the company,the automation says" this call may be monitored and recorded". So i monitored and recorded my last conversation with the company. I called them to give them a change of address and cancel my service. After customer service refusing to change my address over the phone and send me a final bill I told them that this conversation had been monitored and recorded. CLICK, they hung up the phone. I can not prove this was a call to Sirius because there is no identification presented, nor will they provide it. There is no ability to take action against this company for bad and corrupt business. I am waiting for a lawsuit against this company. This company needs to be dissolved!
