Back in Feburary of 2012 I was contacted on facebook by Sissy Pesticide to do a all original artwork painting at a "super duper great friends and family" price. He had been on my facebook account for a little while due to the networks I had worked with. Excited to get some art just in time for a upcoming holiday I jumped on board. I sent him the money via Janene Fritz paypal account. I had found it a bit odd that he was making me pay a seperate users paypal and asked, but he stated she was a business partner. I mailed the monies he asked for the paintings and anxiously awaited my artwork. Weeks passed and I heard nothing so I contacted him, he gave some excuses as to why he wasn't able to get the paintings out but assured me they were done, I would be excited and that he was waiting on a "big sale" to go through in order to ship the paintings. Feeding into his starving artist routine I ended up sending even more money to pay for the shipping, shipping tubes and insurance. Months would pass, I would mail and get excuse after excuse. I heard everything from financial issues, to ill family members, to having issues within the home. At one point not even believing he had done the paintings I had asked for pictures of them and was told that he had no camera. This behavior continued through the better part of 2012 until finally the contact about the painting came to a halt all together.

In researching James Dirk Roach, and having a private investigator look into the known names for him I was informed that not only had he been in some trouble for promissary note/investor scams, but that his painting scam was nothing new. This had not only happened before, but happened repeatedly in many countries across the United States. 

Before you send anyone a single cent of your money, research them and never, ever to ANY of the names listed in this report. You WILL lose your monies and you will NOT ever see a product in return. Do not let him keep scamming, stealing, lying, and frauding people out of money!!!!
